Guidelines

  • Registration shall be done only on the name of owner by self or releated persons with the owner's consent by providing valid identity of the owner (Adhar no or PAN No).
  • The digital copy of Adhar or PAN of the owner has to be uploaded at the time of registration. In case of enquiry for purchase of any property, only adhar no of the property owner is sufficiant.
  • Upon verification of details, the valid registered applicants will be informed about their alloted time slot for a physical meeting at our office which is communicated through an email to their registered email-id.
  • Authentic deatils of property such as Title record (pass book), LR data, Registration copy, link documents, coordinates of property (if available) etc, needs to be produced during the physical meet.
  • Registration charges will cover only in-house services of techno-scientific evaluation of authentic owneship of the land/house property along with clarifications on your request.
  • Applicants will be guided with necessary actions & proceedures to be followed towards resolutions.
  • In case of field visit/survey of the property, the expenditure has to be born by the applicant.
  • Information seeking on irrelevant properties/ownerships are not entertained. Such cases will be referred for government/legal actions.
  • Properties of same owner but situated at different locations or having different house Nos. needs seperate registration.
  • The services under "property awareness and protection service" offered by the Pure Earth Foundation doesn't involve any legal assistance or binding agreements.
